My Embarrassing Experience

When I was grade 2 in junior high school, I had a very embarrassing experience.

At that time, on Friday, my homeroom teacher , mrs. Nita pointed to the children who will be the attendant ceremony and she appointed me as the captain of ceremonies. 

However, I do not accept or reject it. I paused a thousand languages. Honestly, I do not trust myself at that time.

After that, we were told to exercise alone, and because it was my first time at the shows became the captain of ceremonies, I was not sure that I could. But I kept on practicing.

In Saturday, my friend named Fany volunteered wants to be the captain of ceremonies. However, I was still be the captain of ceremony. But, I forgot the reason why at that time I was not replaced by Fany.

On Monday, where the ceremony will be conducted, I felt very nervous. Because I was not confident enough to stand up in front of crowds.

            In the beginning of the ceremony, all went smoothly. However, when the captain of the classes reports to me , there my nerves got worse because of the people that I loved replacing the chairman of his class. At that time, my concentration began to disappear, to the extent that I did not hear what was said by the emcee. Then, when should we respected the inspector of ceremony, I even turned her. Everyone looked at me, then I became aware of my mistake. I was turned around to the inspector of ceremony.

            After the ceremony was over, I ran in tears of ashamed. Than, mr. Jamal, our  principal student told us indignantly to repeat the ceremony in the following week. After that incident, I did not dare out of the class because of embarrassment. I even didn’t dare to attend because of my guilt.

Over a time, that incident began to forgotten. I was dare to go out of the classroom. But, until now, I can’t forget it.

So guys, if we are given credence by anyone, we also have to believe ourselves. Never in doubt and keep trying until you can. Think of what would happen if you make a mistake that will make your friend embarrassed.
